0) Chaotic
1) Fireman
2) Reactive
3) Proactive
4) Service
I think from an IT perspective we are somewhere about 2.5. This guy is selling KVM over IP. An interesting concept. Not sure we need it since we have macs for the most part which have some (not all) of these capabilities built in. The guy just tried to sell us that you want Linux based system (his) because of reliability that Microsoft cannot provide. Wow, the world in changing.
